What are the applications for recording activities on an Android device?

The closest I could find is Usage History Viewer, which apparently displays system information about open activities in applications. More advanced options are of interest, namely the events of enabling / disabling any modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), clicking on the screen and any additional information to determine how and for what purpose the device was used.
Video recording is not needed as it is a resource intensive operation
