A quick search of the Google/Yandex Maps API didn't give any sane answers. In addition, they are forbidden to save the results of parsing, and I just need to parse a large database of addresses once and then add a dozen new ones a week.
So far, only the option of searching by postal code comes to mind, but then addresses without postal codes remain unrecognized ...
