How to determine the Google.zone domain?

Good afternoon!
Initially there was a question. How to determine the percentage of users in a region who use Google search in a domain other than their own. For example, if it is Kazakhstan, what percentage of people are searching through google.kz, google.com.ua, google.ru
To analyze the example, I took a media portal and Google Analytics determines Google's organic traffic in one cell google / organic , i.e. in general, it is not clear which domain created the visits to the site.

If anyone has an idea, how can this be determined?
ps the question is determining the geo-location, but the fact that users in the target region can use _NOT_ regional domain, as a result of which you can miss the target user. If, for example, a person lives in the north of Kazakhstan, looking for prices for goods on google.ru (hoping to find a low price in Russia), then it would make sense to target their ads to Russia as well.
In fact, the client asked the question, and I did not find the numbers to answer. I hope I made the problem clear :)
