What are the analogues of Safari?

Hello, the task is to catch a bug in the layout, this bug only appears in safari, so I can’t download safari without osx (I hope MacOS and OS X owners won’t be able to download it someday), I downloaded
Konqueror on Linux (the same terrible browser, only worse), now I’m sitting on Windows, there’s no way to install a second system, it’s more virtual. I don’t use online services, because I need to sit for some time to pull the properties through the inspector. and the last service that I used in the free version offers 5 minutes to sit in line, and 90 seconds to test. Who uses which option?

I struggled with this problem myself.
I did not find any free analogue for the current version.
I installed VMware and Sierra, as it lags quite godlessly on virtualbox. It also lags on VMware, but what to do.
So yes, the virtual machine is bad, but the way out.
My question is on a similar issue
