Hover not working on Safari 5.1.7, how to fix?

Hello! Faced a problem on safari 5.1.7 under Windows.
Essence of the question: let's say there are 2 blocks, when hovering on the first block, the second (nested in the first) block should appear, and when I hover over the second block, it should immediately hide.

Judging by the statistics, the market share of this version of Safari is ~0.2%
If this is not a requirement of the TOR, then just forget about it.
