What are the addresses of stubs for blocked resources from different providers?

Hello!
Please tell me the addresses of the stubs known to you to which different providers redirect.
I need this in order to redirect my users to my stub with a clear description of what to do, the text at the moment is this:
They tried to redirect you from a resource blocked in the Russian Federation to the stub page
Please tell, you know who, about what you experienced access problems, I'll fix it.
If I am not at home at the moment or I am sleeping, please do not disturb me, you can restore access yourself using one of the methods described on the page "Instructions for bypassing blocking" .
PS Addresses to check for blocking can be taken, for example, from this post habrahabr.ru/post/228305

Partially answering my own question, according to what was found on my own:
Online 77.37.254.90/zapret Enforta
87.241.223.133 Rostelecom 95.167.13.50 AWACS Telecom awax.ru/deny.html "single" registry, some "adequate" providers, redirect directly to it :( eais.rkn.gov.ru Siberia telecom filter.sibtel.ru ER-telecom lawfilter.ertelecom.ru MTS www.mts.ru/zapret_info Telenet www.telefonet.ru/zapret.* Yota www.yota. en/forbid.html
Addition: today I discovered that MTS either got a second address, or, more likely, the previous one changed, here is a new one :
block.mts.ru
there should be an analogy for other divisions:
block.ip.center.rt.ru
Addendum 3:
TTK
62.33.207.195
Addendum 4:
Rostelecom
warning.rt.ru
Add from 2016.11.30: Now I have significantly expanded this list, but I write and too lazy to duplicate it here. I will not update the answer to this question again.

@mva

could you elaborate on the term "my users"?
PS What is the scope of providers? Siberian need? :)
