You can draw each line and circle in illustrator and transfer it to fsh (or straighten it with contours in Photoshop), but this is not very convenient and takes a lot of time.
There is no package with similar shapes (or a set of brushes) for photoshop?

They are pretty easy to make in illustrator or Graphic, I don't think anything special is needed. Although you can download vector clipart libraries and copy from there.
