Dear residents of the Toaster! Switching to Linux, the choice fell on Ubuntu. Recommend a graphic editor similar to Adobe Photoshop or better!
*Gimp is not suitable due to poor layer support in vector graphics

I think the best solution would be Photoshop in a virtual box (Virtualbox).

on Ubuntu for a long time, I use the built-in gimp in my work and this , this is more than enough for the developer, well, you can of course still photoshop through a virtual machine, but this is a matter of taste.
