What are some good services for saving and conveniently structuring information?

In my free time I like to read topics that interest me, for example, medicine, space, economics. I have nothing to do with any of these areas, I'm just interested in it and want to understand at an amateur level and above, for general enlightenment. But I have memory problems, I forget some of the information and then I can’t remember when I need to.

Therefore, I constantly write out everything interesting to myself in my own dialogue in the Telega, using keywords and tags, so that later at any time I can find the information I need and refresh my memory or share it with friends if we start discussing this or that topic.

But in the cart it’s still inconvenient, there is no way to normally structure the saved message texts. Therefore, I ask you to recommend the relevant sites / applications / programs. It is desirable that you can conveniently open and edit on a Windows laptop, and on a smartphone.

I have never used anything like this, not even as a student. I have absolutely no idea what applications exist there. Maybe someone here used different ones and will tell you what they liked the most.

How I want to use it: I read an article explaining something, or I saw useful comments, I want to copy the key paragraphs / comments, paste them in text, screenshot, link somewhere to myself, hang tags, maybe push them into some folder, or it is somehow more convenient to structure, the main thing is that at any moment in the future I have the opportunity to find the necessary saved information on the topic as efficiently as possible. For example, I read blogs of doctors, they answer questions from subscribers, some questions and answers also concern my health, I want to save it all somewhere for myself and quickly find all this bunch of screenshots / texts at any right time. So that one folder is purely for gastroenterology, and the other for neurology. As an example.

I save bookmarks in Pocket and write the tags I need,
you can store them in the browser, but in the latest versions of Firefox you can no longer make notes,

You can only write tags.

Here is an example from Palemoon (a fork of old firefox). it still works
