What are some good open source cold wallets for storing cryptocurrencies?

Hello.
Previously, he kept cryptocurrencies on the exchange, but now there is too little trust in them, especially in connection with the news about the block of 25k ru accounts on coinbase.
Based on the current situation and its further possible development, I come up with a safe solution for storing crypto.
I have assembled a flash drive with a linkus and I want to organize cold storage of a set of different coins on it, on different blockchains.

I would like something boxed, but it seems that there is no such thing and you will have to collect a separate wallet for each coin.
The main features that I would like to have:
-creation of accounts (btc, eth, stellar, monero, etc)
-full offline
-creation and import of transactions for signing (like electrum)

What are some good open source solutions for working with as many blockchains as possible?

Full independence is achieved only by full clients, here you can’t brush aside a flash drive. Only bitcoin with ethereum under 2 TB weigh. If the task is to keep the keys at home and be able to send coins, then why are light wallets like electrum bad?
In any case, I recommend making not one wallet, but several, even for one cryptocurrency. Some on light wallets, some on hardware like a ledger, some just in an encrypted file with keys.
This reduces the likelihood of losing everything if one of the methods is compromised.
