What are the news portals on cryptocurrencies, where the news appears first and more relevant than other sites (primary sources)?

What are the main news portals on cryptocurrencies (bitcoins, altcoins), where news appears first and more relevant than other sites (primary sources, not sites that steal other people's news), in English and Russian. There are a lot of sites - but most of them are garbage, and aggregators of other people's news.

Primary sources are most often not news sites, this must be understood. News sites are already writing about events that have happened in the past, unless they are the authors of these events.
There is no single portal that publishes all the latest news. Again, the news is posted on different resources with different details, and there is no constancy here. Again, a different amount of news per day on different resources. Again, foreign media are often not aware of some foreign regional events, but they have some local news of their own.
So I recommend taking the top 3 English-language and Russian-language resources and running through the headings.
So, offhand, it is clear that everyone has their own lists:
English-speaking:
Coindesk
CryptocoinsNews
Сointelegraph
Russian-speaking:
Bits.media
Forklog
Bitnovosti

I’ll risk running into cons, but all the talk about bitcoins is marketing gibberish.
If you need primary sources, then first in the news look at who the news refers to, that is the primary source, if your monitored site does not bother to specify where the information came from, exclude it.
Then leave only primary sources in the observed and follow them.
But it is better to spend time on something more useful that will allow you to earn or develop.

Primary sources are usually forums, developer blogs, etc.
The main cryptocurrency forum is bitcointalk.org, this section announces the launch of new cryptocurrencies, and their creators describe what innovations are planned.
More or less popular cryptocurrencies often have their own forums, chat rooms, developer blogs, etc.
And news sites, by definition, are not the primary source.

And I mostly use Twitter and telegram channels. I recommend channels:
