I need specific literature or video tutorials on records, stacks and pointers. Preferably very, very detailed and accessible.

Data structures and algorithms, in fact, do not care what language to learn, and so the borland didn’t seem to have a bad help, in some places even in Russian.
There were two excellent books on delphi

And there was a good book on structures
D. Bucknell
Fundamental Algorithms and Data Structures in Delphi
Kernighan, Pike. Programming practice. Very detailed about data structures. But all examples are in C or C++. Sometimes Java.
