TAutoObjectFactory.Create - Access error?

Greetings!
I got someone else's project, which, when run under a non-administrator, gives an error "An error occurred while accessing OLE access". Experimentally, I came to the conclusion that the error occurs at the time of project initialization after the lines

initialization
  AutoObjectFactory.Create(ComServer, TClassMine, Class_ClassMine,
    ciMultiInstance, tmApartment);

I found solutions on the Internet related to adding users to the DCOM group, but this did not help. Tell me, please, to the slow-witted in which direction to dig?
