What are some good books or online courses like codeschool for Apple OS X development?

It would be nice in Russian, but not necessarily.
I am not familiar with Objective-C and Swift.
The ultimate goal is to write an rss reader for personal use.
But in general, the goal is to learn both of these languages and learn how to create applications on os x.
