Which reference / textbook on higher mathematics to choose?

Dear Habralyudi! Faced with the need to brush up on the mathematics course for the 1st and 2nd year of the institute and realized that I did not know what literature to choose*. Please tell me the best guide in your opinion, as well as some time-tested classical course.

* When I was in the 1-2 course, I studied everything mainly from lectures (which are unfortunately lost) and I didn’t like the reference book that the teacher offered us at all

I will add, if you know English, and you need to remember some of the basics, then www.khanacademy.org/ is great.
