What are some free online FTP clients with a code editor?

There is a great online FTP client with a code editor - codev.it
It is free and tasty, but it lacks some goodies, such as choosing the encoding of the edited file, rights to files and folders, etc.
Attention question:
Are there any free analogues of codev.it with FTP /SFTP/SSH (you can just FTP), the choice of encodings, chmod, convenient and simple?
If there are no free ones, or they are so miserable that they are unworthy of mention, are there paid ones besides koding and codeanywhere?
