Which profile is guaranteed to be read by the freebsd shell on ssh login?

I need to add paths without restarting the server. There is ssh access, root.

Everyone seems to be reading.
Those. if you write to a .rc file, then at login, for example, bash reads ~username/home/.bashrc.
If it is global ($PATH, for example), then they pick up everything at login.
