What are search engine penalties for linking through 800 blogs?
Suppose there is a CMS that is installed on 800+ blogs. In this case, all blogs are located on the same hosting. The theme is the same for everyone. Only the content of blogs (the text of articles) differs.
What will happen if this CMS embeds a banner (the "img" image inside the "a" link) leading to the landing. It turns out that on all (800+) blogs in each article a link to this page will appear.
1. Will there be sanctions for such a link?
2. If so, what are the consequences for 800+ blogs, and what are the consequences for the landing page?
3. How to implement such a banner correctly without violations?
4. Which method is the safest from the point of view of search engines from the following:
A. Image inside the link ("img" tag inside "a" tag).
B.
B. With JavaScript after the page has fully loaded.
D. Using JavaScript when scrolling the browser window to the middle of the article.

1- it's hard to say for sure, but the probability is quite high
2- blogs can be considered spam, the landing page can also get hit.
3- close rel=nofollow links and that's it. There will be no sanctions and there will be no hemorrhoids.
