These are Connected routes or routes to directly connected networks.
Packets cannot be sent without a route. If the route representing the target network is not in the routing table, then the packet will be dropped.
PS
By the way, if there is no connected route, but there is a default route, then traffic within one L2 space will pass through the router, and not directly from host to host.

That is why it is present for every local address. When a request arrives in the IP stack to send a packet to the global broadcast address from any application, it will be sent through each available logical interface (local IP address). Similarly, it will be accepted from any interface and processed by the system.
