Hi all!
By the nature of the activity, now we often have to respond to various network failures and malfunctions of operators in the world, mainly in Europe and America. Can you advise what sources of such information you use? For example, operator tweets, mailing lists, monitoring, public traffic graphs, etc.?
For example, I recently found a useful twitter operator init7 , where they write about accidents and warn about planned work.
Operators of direct interest are TWC, AT&T, Level3, Noris, Vodafone and any others.

Well, TTK, for example, does not write about accidents on Twitter, but they often have them :)
