What are fully openhardware single board computers?

Tell me what are the single boarders with fully open hardware (pcb files for example for kikad - that's what I mean), all board drawings and bom's. I haven't been able to find anything like this on popular platforms (like resbery), so please feel free to leave links to such completely open solutions. Thanks in advance.
