What iron to choose for the girls of the machine?

Hello everyone
Now I'm working on a project based on OroCRM / OroPlatform.
The product is based on Symfony.
The environment is: Docker on Win10, docker spins 5 containers for:

  • web server
  • PHP servers
  • MySQL servers
  • RabbitMQ servers
  • file storage server

So, the procedure for resetting the symphony cache lasts up to 1-3 minutes (about 60k files are sorted). This is terribly inconvenient, a lot of time is wasted
Current laptop configuration:
  • core i3 2012
  • 12GB memory
  • SSD

Prots is clearly the bottleneck. I'm thinking about an upgrade.
Question:
If we take, for example, a laptop with a core i7 of the latest generation, how noticeable will the performance increase be? And how much does the mobile core i7 lose to the desktop counterpart?

@prototype_denis

bin/console cache:clear --no-warmup
Sacrifice the first request to the server.

You shouldn't have deployed Google on your laptop!
Optimize the dev environment: use Vagrant or something similar for Windows.

If finances allow, take the latest i7 and 2 ssds, one for the system, the second for projects.
More than enough for the next 3 years.
