What are CMS with multilingualism, gallery, simple admin panel and convenient template engine?

I’ve been looking for a Cms business card site for a week now, I’ve seen a lot of options, but I didn’t stop at anything. It is necessary that it has the following abilities:
1) Multilingualism
2) Gallery, so that you can place many projects in different "albums" on one page.
2.1) Possibility to scroll through photos in a pop-up window (example: vkontakte)
3) Not sophisticated template engine
4) Feedback forms, reviews, static pages.

Wordpress has always been a clear and convenient CMS for creating a business card website.
All the points that you counted can be implemented in WP.

Or Joomla. Everything besides the gallery is in the standard edition, and for the gallery there is a free additional JoomGallery component. Admin is nowhere easier. But like everything else, it takes a little getting used to. Especially if you switch from another CMS.
