What are books about scientists for children?
A 6-year-old daughter asks her to tell "something about scientists and science" before going to bed. I have already told almost everything I knew - from Ptolemy to black holes, including DNA, evolution and so on. My superficial knowledge is coming to an end.
Please advise some books on the history of science or about the "life of remarkable scientists" that would be focused on children of primary school age. Thank you.

And if not books, but the BBC - a bunch of series and videos about everything in the world. For that age, it's quite informative.
Irina (Irene) Radunskaya. She wrote very beautifully, although the books are a bit old.
Books on mathematics (and about scientists) by Vladimir Levshin: "3 days in Karlikania", "Master of scattered sciences" and so on.
