What books to read on sql, php 7, javascript, design patterns?

I have been studying web programming since I was 12 years old (seriously about a year, even a little less). I already know quite a lot, but I have never seriously systematized my knowledge in this area, I think I will fix it. Advise a good set of books on sql, php 7, javascript, design patterns, etc. Foreign literature is possible (even if necessary, I will tighten up English). The main requirement is the relevance of literature. I would not like to read a book about php 5.4, and then dig up piece by piece what has changed in php 7.0.
