What are adequate dns hosting?

Advise, please, adequate DNS hosters? Preferably not with a very high price tag and a normal zone editor.
Now NS is at the masterhosta, but after yesterday's 1.5 hour outage, which they still don't want to comment on, I decided to take DNS away from them as well.

There's no point in leaving. Everyone has accidents. The same cloudflare also lay at one time.
Masterhost at least not schoolchildren.
