What are a few questions you can ask a person to make sure their knowledge matches the description on the resume?
Good afternoon. We are looking for a person for a job, but there is little experience in interviews. I would like to make sure that his knowledge corresponds to what he indicated in the resume. What questions to start a conversation with in order to make some first impression about him about his skills, thoughts, possibly behavior in stressful situations (maybe some non-standard questions?). If I'm thinking in the wrong direction, then tell me how to do it better. There are no plans to bring down a person, but I would like to know what he is like in fact, in order to decide whether to continue a dialogue with him or not.
