What application server can be used to deploy jar?

Good afternoon,
you need to host regular network NOT WEB applications like telegram bots or a TCP server on netty to receive messages from GPS trackers, or maybe even a minecraft server.
I used to just use a script that starts screen, but there are probably no-bicycle solutions like tomcat for the web.
Which application server is better to use for such purposes?
