JSTL how to add time on client?

Sorry for the lame question. I output the time to the client in the format: dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss, using I need to show 1 second more. That is, add 1 second to the displayed time, something like this:<c:out value="${listtime.tt}"/>.

<c:out value="${listtime.tt <b> /*-- + 1секунда --*/ </b>}"/>

How to do it?
