What application can generate a playlist (m3u) separately by genre?

Good afternoon, tell me please, let's say there is a folder in which there are 5000 audio files in the description of which each genre is indicated.
How can playlists of these audio files be generated by genre, i.e. let's say something ran through all the files, revealed that there are only 25 genres, and created 25 .m3u files (the name of which corresponds to the name of the genre) in each of which only those audio files are obtained whose genre belongs to the created playlist
