What antivirus to install on a machine with Windows 8.1 SP1?

Hello, there was a problem with the antivirus under SP1, because in recent years I have been using Avast (it was not bad at one time, but then it began to eat the whole system), dr.Web (also eats a lot and thinks for a long time) and Kaspersky Lab (with it for the last two years ) all worked on Win7 or pure Win8 machines. but after installing Win 8.1 from scratch, there was a compatibility problem with Kasper internet security 2013 (I also heard that version 14 also flies).
Please help me choose a new antivirus :)

What's wrong with standard Microsoft Essentials? It's been 2 years since I switched to it, it still doesn't seem to let me down.
