How to scroll below typed text in Windows Terminal?

When using cmd, you can scroll so that the last typed command is in the center of the screen, how to do the same in Windows Terminal?

You need to dig towards the OpenCV library . This library is installed on Raspberry Pi and can be used from Python. Most traffic sign recognition projects I've seen use it. For example, you can take a look at this project . Next, you need to read books from the list . Rpi camera is pretty good, but in difficult conditions it will not be enough. The performance of the rpi board is unlikely to suit you, but you can try.
