Those antiviruses that you listed in your question belong to the "Watchman" class (it checks everyone, but not deeply - it will pat your pockets at most). And you try antiviruses of the "Detective" class (digs deep, but not for everyone, and most importantly, knows where to dig). One of the most famous in this class is AVZ antivirus.
There is also an intermediate class antivirus - Malwarebytes (abbreviated as MBAM). Based on the results of the check, it generates a list of found threats and presents it to you for editing - as far as I understand, this is what you need. But there is a nuance: the authors of MBAM in the latest version turned it into a standard dull Watchman, not much different from other similar ones, and even made it paid. Therefore, I personally use one of the previous versions (v. 2.2) and do not allow it to be updated (of course, except for the virus database, but it is automatically updated at the start of a new scan).
