Faced such a problem, installed a win7 license, and drweb 11, everything is fine, only the problem is that when you click on the spider in the tray, the mouse freezes for a couple of seconds and when you select the pop-up window menu, the mouse moves jerkily when opening the drweb settings windows also slows down and freezes, which terribly infuriates. Can you tell me where to look? I asked a question on the drweb forum, but as usual, no answer, no hello. At the same time, other programs and windows respond normally and quickly.
