License for renewal of kaspersky antivirus

The organization has Kaspersky. The license ends in March, but the organization cannot yet buy a new one (renewal), while the license will be purchased at the end of spring.
If I remove the antivirus, but keep the key and for a while until they buy a license I will use alternatives. Can an organization buy a renewal key in such a situation, and not as a new key?
Or what can (should) be done in such a situation?

I first put a license (expired) on a new computer, then an extension - everything was ok. You will also have it, you can safely demolish it, then buy an extension, first install the license that was, then the extension.
Well, March is still a week away - you will have time to send a letter to Kaspersky's technical support and get an answer.

If you have Kaspersky Endpoint Security installed, then there are no problems at all, after the end of the license it works as it did, the only thing is that there will be no updates. Then we put a new license and work as we worked.
