What android tablets to buy for game development and testing?

I would like to know what devices are worth buying in order to more or less cover the entire range of resolutions, price categories, capacities, etc.
Of the segments, only the low-end is not interested. I would like to keep within 3-6 devices.

I would not focus only on permissions.
We often had problems with applications on cheap Chinese devices. On normal devices, everything worked as it should. On cheap devices, a lot of problems arose. It got to the point that the application life cycle was not working correctly: onStartthe event did not work or something like that.
I advise you to take into account such problems when choosing.

Better, choose accelerators based on video because of their variety, there are problems with textures. Adreno, mali(400, T628), PowerVR, Tegra. The Chinese still sometimes use Vivante, and cleverly made mali (I don’t know if there are problems with them). And permission is needed to check the layout in the main.

If you plan to contribute to the Amazon Store or support broken Kindles, you should buy some kind of Kindle Fire family member.
These tablets have a number of small nuances, some of which I have personally encountered. For example, games on Unity (before version 4) incorrectly detected the screen orientation.
