What analogue of Website Watcher can be used?

Good afternoon :)
Not so long ago I successfully used Website Watcher to check a given web page (with an interval of 1-2 minutes) for the presence of certain words that can appear on the site at any time of the day, after which the program played a sound signal + sent me a notification by e-mail.
It so happened that recently access to the site was closed for residents from Europe & the program stopped working.
The site opens perfectly through a browser VPN (Hola), can anyone suggest a browser extension with functionality similar to WWatcher? Because looking for a VPN for WWatcher (and, as I understand it, paying) would not be very desirable.
