What alternatives to Firefox are there?

In the last 2 months, Ognelis began to upset me, because he was eating the RAM as if not in himself, so he also began to slow down in a terrible way. 600 megabytes for 3 unfortunate tabs for 3-4 screens of static content does not climb into any gates. And this despite the fact that there are only two extensions - adblock and stylesh, in order to make the background white in VK.
Therefore, I am actively looking for an adequate replacement for the once coolest browser.
Criteria:
1) independence (I myself can merge my data if I wish, I don’t want the browser to do it for me);
2) speed
3) a nice neutral look with a minimum of elements to maximize the window.
What I have already tried: Chrome, Opera, Edge, Vivaldi, Yandex.Browser. All of the above did not work for a number of reasons.

demolish Firefox, delete directories with Firefox profiles , install Firefox again, manually plug extensions back in.

JFYI: YaB responds most well to the situation with the substitution of certificates for corporate proxies.
