Utility to remove browser panels and soup kits like "guardmailru"

We are looking for software that can cut common browser panels and related software out of the system according to the principle launched-> everything was cut out-> happy.
Typical problems:
*mailru
webalta
bing bar
google toolbar
amazon bar
skype click to call plugin
other ailments are less common, but they also happen. It seems that this bicycle has already been invented, but it did not work out on its own.

UPD: I liked Adwcleaner0 , it cuts everything that I met. The only thing that upsets is a reboot with ordinary use.
