Is there a blacklisted Internet caller ID that it takes from a site with reviews of calls and phone numbers?

Given:

  1. MGTS phone with activated "Digital Caller ID" service.
  2. Telephone spam, and every day, and very often - from the MGTS itself, with an offer to connect to their Internet (a GPON module with a Wi-Fi router was installed in our apartment, but we don’t use it: I don’t like their gray, recently, the IP address issued to the subscriber, and the absence of IPv6).
  3. The need to manually go to Google or zvonki.oct.net every time you call the phone, before picking up the phone and find out if the calling number is shown as spam, read reviews, and after that make a decision whether to pick up the phone or not, or just pick up and drop immediately.

Find: A way to automate the verification of a calling phone number for being untrustworthy, about which there are negative reviews of other users, perhaps through the API of one of the sites where users leave their feedback about calling spammers from certain phone numbers. I understand that this will be a kind of software and hardware complex, which, in addition to a computer connected to the Internet, needs at least a modem with the Caller ID function. Is there such a ready-made in nature, or will you have to reinvent the wheel yourself?

There are definitely no implementations with an API. But if you parse the site where these numbers are posted, add them to the database, force them to contact the database while receiving a call - this is already real.
