Help how to set up for the office on their local grid. because My Internet is bad and the provider fails (
I know that I need a server for this, I have the opportunity to install, I don’t know which OS to install either.

1) I would take centOS 6.5 as OS
2) Install asterisk
on it 3) make a bunch of Dinstar DWG2000E-4G-B <> asterisk
4) write a call diaplan
5) connect Grandstream GXP1628

It seems to me that instead of studying the dialplan, it is better to take one of the ready-made distributions. I would recommend FreePBX. Everything is in the web interface, the main settings are in Russian, if critical. For everything else, see bely87. If necessary, I can advise.
