Why might SSL (https) certificates not work in all browsers?

All browsers consider the ssl of all sites to be invalid. The time and date are set correctly. What could be the problem?
OS: Windows 7
VK certificate screen (browsers consider it invalid): https://yadi.sk/i/Vq-pWBhqmmE8L
