How to show firefox(y) flash-plugin, google-talkplugin and stuff when it's not installed from rap?

I installed firefox on myself not by yum (y), but downloaded the archive from the site, put it in / usr/local/firefox and made a link to / bin ... Well, I start from the console, respectively, firefox & ...
But now I have firefox doesn't see flash-plugin or google-talkplugin or other helper apps/packages like that... How can I tell firefox to use these packages?

Firefox pulls plugins from /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins . Do you have anything there at all?
