What alternative to vis.js can be used to visualize the process?

Suggest an alternative to "vis.js" for building the diagrams below:
1. 5d4bc650d4011225937449.png
or
2. 5d4bc749891dc940356114.png
A couple of basic requirements for the diagram - straight arrows (with 90 degree bends), use of geometric shapes (denoting stages / steps). Optional conditions - captions for arrows and figures.
ObjectAid UML and vis.js are not exactly the same.
JavaFX and Swing are not suitable.
