What address should I set for the router/switch/router?

There is a type of adsl modem, although it doesn’t matter what connection technology I’m talking about the network topology, so let it have an address 192.168.1.1 mask 255.255.255.0. I don’t know exactly how to call it such an address 192.168.1.2 mask 255.255.255.0. Further, dhcp is enabled on both so that all sorts of phones / smartphones / laptops / ip-tv work. The one who more closely noticed that I can not go to the address 192.168.1.1 from these phones / laptops. I can only go to 192.168.1.2, so the question is what address to ask so that both 1 and 2 modem / router are available and at the same time the Internet / TV / local network works

stupidly moved the address to 192.168.0.1 on the 2nd router, everything seems to work, although before the TV did not start on the set-top box.
Now the Zuhel router is available at 2 addresses, one of the dhcp adsla 192.168.1.2, the second due to internal settings 192.168.0.1

why dhcp on both? leave one, or in extreme cases - make identical configs.
At you at least the gateway by default different is distributed.
