How to find out at what address the admin panel of the router is located?

Hello. There is a tp-link router. My acquaintances asked me to change the password on it, as "someone" blabbed out and this password is known to the entire entrance. You understand, in the evening the speed is zero))) When the tuner came, he changed the stock 192.168.1.1 to some other one. Tried some, but nothing comes out. Already googled. I came across the cmd command ipconfig / all , but it says ip 192.168.1.1. And yet it just doesn't work. And how can I be? Maybe there is a program that will check which addresses are working? How can I find out the address of the admin panel of the router without resetting the settings?

The gateway address given by DHCP is the address of the router. As for the web-muzzle, it could be transferred to another port, not 80 as the default. You can run a port scanner and find the admin port.
