What additional modules advise to connect in Apache?

I install Apache on localhost in Ubuntu for web development, tell me what extras. modules recommend to enable or vice versa disable.

Disable Apache and don't get used to bad things.
Use nginx and what you need for the language in which you will write (well, there is php-fpm in the case of php).
Forget Apache. Once and forever.
