What accessories for 3D modeling should I take?

Hello.

I'm building a PC, mainly for 3D Max.

1.What assembly is better to use?

a. Intel Core i7-10700 + GIGABYTE Z490 (does it make sense to take a Z chipset?) + h/c questionable
b. AMD Ryzen 7 3700x + gigabyte 450 gaming X + 16 Gb RAM Crucial + V/K - 1660 super 6 Gb

- No overclocking - only
3D modeling, mostly 3D max

Budget 85-90 k.

Regarding the feasibility of a motherboard based on the Z490 chipset ... The
upcoming 11th generation of Intel processors will work on the 500 series chipsets (not seen on sale yet), as well as on the Z490 and H470 (requires BIOS firmware and support / desire from the manufacturer). Here is Intel's official response on this matter: https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/support/...
So if you plan to upgrade the processor in the future, it is quite reasonable to consider the option on the Z490 or H470. In office Intel's response has links to manufacturers' websites. boards where you can find information about which particular models of mothers can be used with the new, 11th generation of Intel stones.
Which of the platforms (AMD or Intel) to choose is up to you, but it would be nice to see a couple of performance tests of each of the platforms in the tasks that you plan to solve before buying.

The Z-chipset makes no sense.
A video card is required, but I would take a more powerful one if possible. Ideally, one of the new 30** with 8+GB, but you can buy their horseradish.
And I would take 32GB of RAM (not necessarily super fast), but xs how much it is really necessary and whether it will fit into the budget.
Do not forget about the drive, case, power supply, and cooling. It's worth more than it might seem.
