How to disable waking up the computer for a task by the UpdateOrhestator service in Computer Management?

The computer sometimes wakes up on its own.
I found out that the source of the problem is Power-Troubleshooter.
To disable it, you need to go to computer management, then go to the task scheduler and find the line called Update Orcestrator. Then go to its properties, then the conditions.
You need to uncheck the "Wake the computer to complete the task", BUT THIS can't be done because the TASK SCHEDULER requires you to enter a password.
What password should be entered?
Whatever I enter, it gives an error: "Task Scheduler cannot apply the changes made.
Unknown user account, incorrect password, or this user account does not have permission to change this task"
If you need permission, how can you get it?5ed54845c228e542509628.jpeg

This task can only be modified with system rights:

PsExec.exe -i -s mmc.exe %systemroot%\system32\taskschd.msc

From SysinternalsSuite

Creating tasks on behalf of the system and owning all the passwords from the computer, I can’t do anything with these entries either. Therefore, there is nothing to do but simply delete the entry and then do the same only with new parameters! I regard it as the fastest and most reliable way!
