The currency control of the bank, along with the user agreement, requests a document on payments received - a certificate of earnings, which indicates income for the past 12 months, and also indicates the date I started working on upwork, and since I have recently registered an individual entrepreneur, many may have unpleasant questions.
If in the first document (user agreement) it is possible to somehow adjust the dates, then in the second (certificate of earnings) - this is basically impossible + somehow you will need to account for the income received earlier.

Ask in the upwork to re-sign the contract for a new date coinciding with the date of registration of the IP.
VK in banks usually looks at invoices that you write yourself. Thus, if there were any payments for the period before IP registration, either pass them quietly through some payoneer thread, or draw the "correct" period in the invoice.
